Congratulations to all the contributors here. I really apologise for not able to write up posts these days as I used to in past. I’m really tied up with my new job and lot of other stuffs that need my immediate attention.

Having said that, there isn’t a day I don’t open cardexpert website. I read through comments and help reply as and when I can. I hope our friendship that has culminated into such a phenomenal blog will continue in future too. I am thankful to Sid who gave me an opportunity to be a part of this blog. I do this more because I love writing and this topic of credit cards is something close to my heart and having gained a bit of knowledge on this topic there isn’t a better way to help people out than writing or commenting on this blog. This is something I really love doing apart from my regular work.

Congratulations once again to all regular readers for finding such a good blog and I hope you’ll save tons of money like most of us just by using the right cards and spending the right way.

Congrats to all the winners and my concern had been adressed by you in the post that we don’t get to see as many articles as before. I have read all your articles and I like the way you keep it simple and informative. I will love if you write a article on airlines frequent fliers program. Will love to contribute to the same.
Once again keep up the good work and keep rocking.

    Dear Sid,
This site has been of immense help for me and family since last 14 months. We have gained benefits worth 3L+ and this is not accounting discounts, various cashback, free Lounges, Fee waivers etc. Many of these points converted to travel, resulted in joyful memories that we will cherish for long time to come. Despite low number of articles posted on site this year, I continue to be a regular visitor.

Many Thanks to all who contributed to make this site a great knowledge base that it is today. Your commitment for second half will only improve this knowledge base. Thanks for everything!! 🙂

Congratulations to all winners and soon you would see Amex Cards New Offers Updated-“Free Membership to Cardexpert website-Limited period offer only”. Infact I agree with Abhishek Roy, have put this on my favourite tabs and open it twice a day. All I miss is that if I can get a notification about new comments. I know it may spam my inbox but who cares when it is coming from CardXpert account.

Can bring this very soon, only if readers start applying cards through blog. The current numbers are too low to make such deals with banks 🙁

Let’s plan for a meet up definitely gonna be worth it
You should run a poll to see how many would be interested
and which city would they prefer. Bangalore or Namma Chennai ;p

    Hello Sid,

I am been using Amex Platinum travel card for a year and already crossed 5L spending. So what should i do now? Can I cancel and re-apply the card again ? Or do you prefer any other card ?

    Reply
  15. Mouli

    Hi,

Why you want to cancel and reapply ? that will have a negative impact on your cibil score
Better divert your spend to some other card with decent or better reward rate than Amex patinum travel card
