HDFC Bank has rolled out a fresh festive offer on its Marriott Bonvoy Diners Credit Card for October and November 2025. If you’re planning big spends this season, this is a nice way to earn up to 10,000 Marriott Bonvoy bonus points.
These extra points can add good value to your Marriott hotel stays and other redemptions. Here’s a clear look at how the offer works.
Offer Details

| Offer 1 | Spend 1 Lakh and get 5,000 bonus Points |
| Offer 2 | Spend 2.5 Lakh (total) and get 10,000 bonus points (total) |
| Offer Period | 1 Oct 2025 – 30 Nov 2025 |
| Return on Spend | ~2% (10,000 points valued at 5,000 INR) |

Note: Participation is limited. Hence, register for the offer at the earliest. Registration and t&c links down at the moment, might be fixed by Monday.
Is the Offer Worth It?
The current Oct/Nov offer is certainly better than the previous offer which was live until August 2025.
This is a pretty decent festive offer if you already hold the HDFC Marriott Bonvoy Credit Card and are likely to spend over 1-2.5 lakhs in the next two months. Getting a nice 2% return (in the form of points) on top of your regular earnings is always welcome.
However, one thing to keep in mind is that Marriott has been devaluing its points over the past few years.
The number of points required for stays keeps going up, especially in international markets like Europe and Japan. This means the real value of your bonus points may not stretch as far as before.
That said, if you mostly redeem your points at hotels in India or Southeast Asia (like Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand), you can still get solid value.
Final Thoughts
Since its launch, the HDFC Marriott Bonvoy Diners Credit Card has been popular mainly for its joining and renewal benefits, rather than for everyday spending.
So, it’s good to see HDFC Bank adding bonus point offers from time to time to make the card more attractive.
Still, instead of these short-term promotions, it would be even better if the bank improved the overall reward rate to make the card a stronger long-term contender.

Does the points gets directly credited to the marriot account
I clarified with customer service team. They confirmed that since link is down, no registration required and they have extended to all.
Has it worked for anyone. To me it still shows system under maintenance
It’s still down for all!
Where to check this offer? I can’t find it on any email from HDFC or on their website.
Additionally, does these spend threshold include non points earning transactions (e.g. tax payments)
Same question. Does tax payments consider the spend thresholds?
Yes
This is a fake offer I think. The link for registration is still down , its more than a day since I received email. This is just a gimmick.
It’s a valid offer, except that HDFC seems to have screwed up the registration process. Looks like it might take till Monday for the link to work.
Also they send mail on 9th for a promotion starting 1st Oct. Seems to be half hearted effort.
Yes but still better than Axis that sent me a targeted offer recently 3 days prior to offer end date. 😀
Hi my hdfc marriot card is approved and on the way but how can I apply for this festive spend based offer before that ?
10,000 Bonus Points offer is low for the festive season. They should have gone for minimum 20,000 Bonus Points if not more. This card has been quite disappointing for regular spends.
