When Yesbank initially started it’s credit card operations, they used to be one of the aggressive players in the industry, so much so that it even used to compete with the super premium credit cards of established players.
For ex, they used to send lucrative targeted offers like 100,000 Bonus points that the industry have never seen before from a bank like Yesbank.
But things started to go down the drain with the Yes Bank scam and after that bank probably couldn’t afford to spend on such marketing campaigns and so they had to be passive in the past couple of years.
However, in the last couple of months it seems they’re getting back to the business pretty well. They’re not only revamping the old products like the Reserv Credit Card but have also re-started the targeted offers.
I’ve got the offers twice in the last ~6 months on the previous Yes First Exclusive Credit card and here’s the latest one that’s running at the moment.
April 2024 Offer Details
It works similar to the old offer that I received previously (as below) except that I didn’t hit that target and maybe that’s why I got a smaller one this time.

It’s the usual simple and straightforward targeted offer that Yesbank is known for. I’ve the below offer that gives a nice ~2% gain on top of the regular rewards which is pretty good.
Now imagine about getting such offers on Reserv (or) Marquee credit cards. That would be even more rewarding but we’ll have to wait and see if it works that way.

Cool, decent returns on all. Fortunately YesBank offers are more predictable than HDFC.
There are options to double dip, if you’ve received insurance bonus points. Triple dip if you have International bonus during same tenure.

🙂 previous month there was another spend based, high target (5L odd for 22k points), they didn’t consider wallet based spends/bill payments, so didn’t complete
5X on insurance spends upto 5000 pts, 1-31Jan, registration for the offer is required.

Similar one was received last year as well I guess. Since they changed points structure, value differs from year to year.
