IndusInd Bank and Jio-bp have launched a new co-branded fuel credit card called the IndusInd Bank Jio-bp Mobility+ Credit Card. The card is aimed at digital-first users who spend regularly on fuel and everyday lifestyle needs.

This is IndusInd Bank’s first fuel-focused credit card and Jio-bp’s first co-branded card with which users can use to enjoy the benefits of accelerates rewards at over 2,050 mobility stations across India. The card runs on the RuPay network and supports UPI payments.

Fuel Rewards at Jio-bp

  • 12 Reward Points per ₹100 spent (3%) at Jio-bp Mobility Stations, convenience stores and wildbean cafe
  • Monthly Rewards: 200 Reward Points on spending Rs. 4,000 at Jio-bp Mobility Stations
  • Annual Rewards: 4,000 Reward Points on annual spends of ₹2 lakh or more

Lifestyle Benefits

  • Complimentary wildbean coupon worth Rs. 200 on first transaction at the cafe within 30 days of card set up
  • Earn 5 Reward Points per ₹100 spent (1.25%) on supermarket, dining, and grocery purchases
  • Option to redeem reward points at Jio-bp Mobility Stations, convenience stores and wildbean cafe.

Fees

  • Joining fee of ₹499 + GST, which will be waived off on making spends of Rs. 10,000 or more within 30 days of card set up.
  • 400 bonus Reward Points on the first fuel transaction at Jio-bp Mobility Stations within 30 days of card set up

IndusInd Bank seems to be on a co-brand credit card spree, as they recently launched the CRED rupay card and now the IndusInd Bank Jio-bp Mobility+ Credit Card.

While IndusInd Bank Jio-bp Credit Card appears to be decent for beginners who use Jio-bp, it would be great if Jio-bp comes up with premium variants in the future.

One of the better products to come out recently, although I’d personally stay miles away from IndusInd and Reliance.

Curious, which cities have significant BP presence today? Don’t see much up North.
