previously I have closed their eterna chargeable card within one year. few days back I have requested (Via. X) my history in their system so that I can apply fresh card. They have not responded. Today when I am casually scrolling insta reels, I have found their add and I just tried whether it is given to me or not( almost with zero hopes). Strangely, they accepted my application and card is issued within minutes. while applying I have seen casually that it is LTF. Strange, I think I need to confirm whether it is really LTF or not. In their app nowhere it was mentioned .

In the welcome letter received with the card there is no where mention of life time free but at the time of applying both annual fee and joining fee were struck off. How to confirm whether they have issued it as life time free or not.
It’s LTF only when you apply in offer period. Just call to their customer care( little bit patience is required). They will conform. Me too also did the same and they have confirmed that it is LTF
Online application shows me two basic BOB cards, but not Eterna (even when I clicked on the link on the Eterna page). Cannot move any further. Has anyone successfully navigated this before?
Applied on Feb 15th, approved with video kyc within 15mins and immediately downloaded the app and it was showing virtual card. Never thought a PSU Bank being so quick.

I wanted to read comments on your BOB Eterna review, but found comments starting in year 2020. The latest were very very far down below for year 2025.

With LTF which card it will be competing with? OR better suits whom.
It’s a very different card and cannot be easily compared with others.
It offers unlimited lounge access, even for add-on cardholders, and now includes VIP lounge access at BLR as well.
The most unique part is that you can still generate a QR code for lounge access, allowing friends and family to enter even without carrying the card. 😉

BoB has a very long list of exclusions. So spending 40K in a quarter to unlock airport lounge access for the next quarter is nearly impossible.
On travel portals it gives 3.75% CB. If those traveling portals have offers on BoB, you get double dipping. If you can achieve the annual milestone of 5L, you get 1% more making it 4.75% effectively.
If you spend 50K on any category in the first 60 days of card issuance you get 2,500rs as welcome benefit.

I applied few days back. Got the digital card in 12 hrs. One of the fastest application processing. Nowadays on all sites whether travel or shopping one can see HSBC and BOB offers. Exciting 2026 coming.
