BOBCARD has introduced a new limited-time cashback offer for most credit cardholders. During the 9-day offer period in August 2025, eligible customers can earn additional cashback on their spends, making it a good opportunity to maximize savings on Credit Card transactions. It’s probably the first time I’m coming across a spend based offer on BOBCards and I hope they fulfil the offer, as otherwise BOBCards doesn’t have the habit of fulfilling their offers in the past.
So take it with a pinch of salt and be ready to escalate, just incase if they don’t credit the cashback on time.
I received this targeted offer on my BOB Eterna Credit Card, which makes it quite attractive. With the additional cashback, the net reward rate works out to around 4.75% on spends up to INR 41,000, and about 1.75% on spends beyond that, up to INR 1,00,000.
This definitely enhances the overall value of the card in the short run. That said, the offer window feels rather limited, as it’s restricted to just a few days.
It would have been far more convenient and rewarding if BOBCARD had extended the duration to at least a few weeks, giving cardholders enough time to plan and maximize the benefit.

Now received the same offer for September 9th t0 16th. Earlier received the Noise Earbud and as usual BOB didnt honour it and when i mailed them they said the time period for claiming/complaining about the offer was over and when I wanted to close the card they sent the Noise earbud voucher

Got the offer in Feb only but didnt receive the redemption voucher so raised the issue and now they sent the redemption voucher
Received this offer one on Eterna & other one on Snapdeal variant card within family.
In past got spend based offer from BoB twice but offer was about getting Noise Earbuds rather than cashback. Got one of them fulfilled and received the noise earbuds.
Cool, the Noise Earbuds offer looks pretty good. I don’t think I’ve ever been targeted for that or any similar offer before.
The 1% cashback offer is probably the first with BOB.
I did not receive this offer on my BOB Select Credit Card, but interestingly, my brother got it on his BOB Eterna Card.
You’re absolutely right about BOBCARD being inconsistent when it comes to offer fulfilments. In my own experience, they never credited the reward points for two successful referral applications I made almost four years ago.
Since then, I’ve noticed that their handling of targeted offers and fulfilments has often been unreliable.
